This year’s Retreat event is being dedicated in loving memory of our dear friend, Be Well student & teacher, Traycie Mitchell, who ended her journey with ovarian cancer last year. Traycie was a previous Retreat speaker and an influential voice in the creation of this event. We are honored to dedicate this wellness weekend in her loving memory
